All bookings and inquiries submitted through this website:

- Are requests only and do not constitute confirmed reservations

- Are subject to availability and final approval by our team

- Will be followed up by a representative for confirmation

4. Fees, Deposits, and Charges

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- A mandatory cleaning fee of $800 CAD will be applied to all bookings

- A refundable security deposit of $300 CAD is required prior to occupancy

- The security deposit may be withheld, in whole or in part, in the event of damages, excessive cleaning requirements, or violations of these Terms

5. Occupancy Limits

- The maximum occupancy for the property is 18 individuals at any given time

- Exceeding this limit may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund and potential additional charges

6. Identification and Required Documentation

- All guests may be required to provide valid government-issued identification prior to arrival

- Required consent forms and agreements must be completed and signed before access to the property is granted

- Failure to provide required documentation may result in cancellation of the booking without refund

7. Incidental Charges

Guests are responsible for any incidental costs incurred during their stay

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Property damage

- Additional cleaning beyond standard service

- Missing items

- Violations of property rules

Such costs may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately if they exceed the deposit amount

8. Marketing & Promotional Use of Information

By submitting any forms on this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

- Information provided may be used for marketing and promotional purposes

- This may include testimonials, advertising campaigns, and brand materials

- You may request exclusion from such use at any time

9. Communications Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications via:

- Email

- SMS

- Telephone

- Other electronic means

You may opt out at any time in accordance with applicable laws, including CASL.
